About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Water and Wastewater Engineering to provide strategic leadership, set the vision for the practice, and ensure its growth and innovation. The successful candidate will be the senior technical authority in water and wastewater systems, overseeing project management and delivery for a range of infrastructure, including treatment plants, pipelines, and pump stations. This role also involves fostering client and stakeholder relationships, particularly with municipalities and local agencies, and leading a team of engineers and support staff with a focus on quality, compliance, and professional development. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, with an advanced degree preferred, and a Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in water and wastewater engineering, particularly in the Central Texas region, and a proven track record of leading large-scale projects. Business acumen is essential, with a demonstrated ability to identify new opportunities, negotiate contracts, and manage the financial performance of engineering services. Strong collaboration and communication skills are also required to lead cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders effectively.
