Customer Project Lead

A company is looking for an Associate Customer Project Lead to join their team in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and revise project plans to meet changing needs and requirements

Manage or deliver services required to meet implementation goals on time and with high quality

Monitor customer issues and ensure timely resolution

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

3+ years of Customer Service experience

Ability to conduct intermediate troubleshooting for product installation and other product issues

Proficient with Microsoft Office

Experience with implementation and data conversion
