📅 Assignment Length : 13 Weeks

🕒 Shift : Nights | 6 : 30 PM – 7 : 00 AM | Every other weekend required

Position Overview :

In this role, you’ll provide quality care to adult psychiatric patients, supporting their safety, stability, and well-being in a collaborative environment focused on excellence in mental health care.

The Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for patient care, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with the Arkansas Nurse Practice Act and facility policies. This position requires critical thinking, strong communication, and leadership to ensure safe and effective patient care delivery.

✅ Experience : Minimum 1 year of Behavioral Health RN experience

✅ License : Active Arkansas RN license or Compact license

✅ Certifications : BLS (AHA) required

✅ Preferred : CPI / SAMA certification (can be completed on-site if needed)

✅ Must be available to work every other weekend
