POSITION DESCRIPTION DETAILS
The Personal Lines Account Manager will handle strategic personal lines clients, manage new business opportunities, and follow a path for professional development within Haughn & Associates.
They must exemplify a consultative and service-minded approach to clients and prospects. Personal Lines Account Managers develop extensive personal lines insurance knowledge covering homeowners, auto, and other personal lines products.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Advise clients and prospects regarding auto, home and personal liability coverages
- Act as a client advocate throughout major personal claims
- Address client bills and pursues payments when necessary
- Act as a primary point of contact for personal lines customers
- Handle day to day service requests related to coverages and billing
- Act as a liaison between insurance carriers and clients
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE
- 2-8 years personal lines insurance experience
- Active Ohio personal lines producer license
- College degree a plus
- Willingness to pursue a program for professional development
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus
WORK ARRANGEMENT
In Office
Hybrid with set schedule after 1 year of service
SALARY RANGE
$50,000-90,000 / yr
