Requirements

• In-person weekly in our offices in Los Angeles, CA or San Francisco Bay Area
• 5+ years of media buying experience preferred
• A Proven Track Record : Extensive hands-on experience as a media buyer with a strong focus on retail media platforms beyond just Amazon (e.g., Walmart Connect, Instacart Ads, Kroger Precision Marketing).
• Platform Fluent : Proven expertise in various retail media platforms, including a deep understanding of different ad formats, targeting options, and measurement capabilities.
• Analytical Prowess : Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify key insights, and formulate actionable strategies that drive measurable results.
• Compelling Communicator : Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Client Champion : A genuine passion for building strong client relationships and an unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding client satisfaction.
• Agile Navigator : Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and ever-changing industry.
