People who not only embrace change, but who accelerate it.Job Description Overview : As a Business Systems Analyst with business acumen, you will partner with the Procurement and Finance business community along with internal / external IT partners to define and deliver transformation roadmap.

We have Procure to Pay, Quote to Cash, and Service to Repair business processes implemented through Oracle and other leading technologies where you will play a critical role in maintaining the business relationship and transform Procure to Pay space by leveraging technology.

Scope of Responsibilities / Expectations

• Demonstrate functional expertise in Procure to Pay business process.
• Responsible for recommending and implementing industry leading practices and technologies
• Navigate within business and IT communities to achieve the goals based on published timelines
• Recommend product selection based on business requirements, prepare business case, lead implementation, enhancement and support
• Must have prior experience in Procure to Pay processes using products like Oracle, iValua and / or Coupa
• Must be able to speak in business terms and represent based on the audience i.e. IT and / or business leadership, SI partners, Internal IT teams, Support groups
• Recommend, review and own the Functional / technical solutions, evaluate short term or long term trade-offs based on business processes and make sure industry standard, scalable solutions are implemented
• Create / maintain functional specification documents, review technical specification documents, Oracle standard / custom configurations documents, rollout strategies, end to end business flows, test scenarios and perform / support end to end testing for business partnersDesired Skills / Qualifications :
• Experience in end-to-end Project implementation / devops in one or multiple Procure to Pay areas.
• Ability to build relationships, influence key decision-makers, and collaborate with a cross-functional team comprised of diverse personalities, skill sets, and levels of experience to deliver the assigned projects
• Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills, detail oriented and a self-starter
