Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Account Representative to support a short-term document scanning project at our Pershing office in Orlando. This is a hands-on onsite role where the selected candidate will help scan and organize a large volume of documents over a 3-4 week period.

Key Responsibilities

Scan a large volume of physical documents into digital format

Organize and verify scanned files for accuracy and completeness

Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times

Follow established procedures for document handling and scanning

Meet daily productivity and quality targets

Work onsite at the Pershing office during standard business hours

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Ability to work onsite in Orlando FL

Comfortable handling repetitive scanning and data tasks

Strong attention to detail and organization

Basic computer and scanner / printer operation skills

Ability to stand sit and move between workstations as needed

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Prior experience with document scanning records management or clerical support

Familiarity with office equipment (scanners copiers file systems)

Basic data entry or administrative experience

Compliance Requirements

Background Check : Required

Drug Screen : Required

Overtime possible if project deadlines require
