A company is looking for a Human Resource Management Adjunct Instructor.

Key Responsibilities

Teach synchronous online courses and engage students effectively

Develop and update curriculum materials in alignment with educational standards

Ensure compliance with accreditation and institutional policies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources Management or related fields

Minimum of three years of professional experience in human resources

Preferred industry certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or GPHR

Experience in curriculum development and instructional design for college-level courses preferred

Knowledge of current trends and best practices in higher education
