The idealcandidate will possess a robust foundation in accounting principlesand practices demonstrating proficiency in accurately andefficiently managing financial records.
In this pivotal role youwill play a crucial part in maintaining the seamless operation ofouroffice.
Responsibilities :
Perform monthly bank reconciliations and other account analysis toensure accuracy
Pull commissionstatements and compile monthly commissionreporting
Assist with basicbookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expensetracking
Support the Sponsorshiptracking and payment process
Dataentry
Track company equipmentprovided to employees
Sort andscan mail
Maintain officesupplies inventory and place orders asneeded
Support the finance teamwhere needed
Complete specialprojects upon request of AccountingManager
Skills :
Knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Word ExcelPowerPoint)
Ability to handlesensitive financial information withconfidentiality
Excellentorganizational skills attention to detail and ability to prioritizetasks
