Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the revenue growth strategy for self-service customers
Own the full funnel from demand generation to retention and expansion
Coordinate performance and lifecycle marketing to maximize acquisition ROI and conversion
Required Qualifications
7-12+ years of experience in growth, revenue, or performance-marketing leadership roles in a fast-growth SaaS or digital self-service business
Proven track record of owning SaaS PLG revenue lines and driving significant growth
Strong analytical mindset with experience in funnel metrics and conversion optimization
Hands-on experience with performance marketing channels and lifecycle marketing automation
Experience in leading, scaling, and managing a team
