What You Will Be Doing :

• Sell Home, Auto, Umbrella, Commercial and Life under the American Family Brand
• Develop and maintain a client base through networking and referrals
• Provide a best in class consultative selling approach
• Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
• Meet sales targets and goals set by the company

What We Are Looking For :

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or a related field
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze clients' needs and provide suitable insurance solutions
• Proficiency in using computer software for insurance applications and client management
• Prospect and generate new leads through various channels.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Build Effective referral relationships
• Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
