Francis Manufacturing Company is seeking Production Workers for second shift (3 : 30pm - 2 : 00am) for our Grind Department. Experience is welcomed but not necessary.

Production Workers are responsible for grinding and smoothing seams and rough edges off of our castings before they are sent to our customers using various grinding equipment. This position may also train on saw operation or other areas / equipment relating to the Grinding and Finishing Department. This position does train on day shift (6 : 00am - 3 : 30pm) before moving to second shift. Limited positions on day shift may be available.

Experience is preferred, but training is provided on the job. Must be able to work around machinery. Great work ethic, initiative, and team work are all a plus. Good attendance is required.

Francis Manufacturing Company works with area staffing agencies and you will initially be hired through an agency for approximately 8 weeks. During this time your overall performance and attendance will be evaluated and a determination made as to your potential for hire.
