Overview Position : Marketing Coordinator

Employment : Full-time, 9 : 00am-5 : 30pm, Sundays-Thursday

Location : Ivy Park at San Ramon, managed by Oakmont Management Group

Pay Range : $26.00

Responsibilities

Assist the Marketing Department with administrative tasks, organize events, handle inquiries by telephone, walk-ins, and mail, and assist with resident move-ins as needed.

Maintain knowledge of the property’s products and services to effectively represent the property to referral sources and prospects.

Walk the community tour route each day to ensure readiness for daily tours; provide tours as a backup to the Marketing Department.

Handle inbound inquiries, complete inquiry information cards, manage the ups list, enter data into the marketing database, and follow up with all correspondence.

Qualify prospects, guide tours, and assist with deposits using the sales process as needed.

Plan and manage marketing events within approved budgets; participate in resident, family inquiry, and referral source events.

Serve as a liaison for residents and families to ensure a smooth transition for new residents.

Follow a new move-in checklist accurately and thoroughly.

Qualifications

Flexible, adaptable, able to handle change, prioritize tasks, and work independently

Ability to process information and follow written or oral instructions

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to count and perform moderately complex math

Valid first aid certification or ability to obtain

Must pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening (including TB tests)

May be required to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, and wear PPE per regulatory guidelines
