Base pay range

$120,000.00 / yr - $200,000.00 / yr

Andy completes clinical documentation for nurses who do home visits.

Home health nursing is a $250B industry, where 40% of revenue is spent on administrative tasks. Within 5 years, every nursing note will be done by purpose-built AI.

Andy saves nurses 20+ hours per week
Nursing agencies hire us to solve labor shortage, reduce churn and slash admin cost
Double-digit MoM growth (mostly word-of-mouth & some outbound); near-perfect retention

We’re a small team of engineers (Google / Apple) & clinicians, passionate about improving healthcare in a focused and meaningful way.

What You’ll Do

You will design & scale systems from scratch and jump in on the highest-impact projects :

Launch AI features to cleverly extract structured data from messy PDFs & audio transcripts

Build intuitive UX that make humans more accurate / productive

Scale backends and experiment with new tools

Bonus : learn medicine & see how money flows in healthcare.
