DENTIST

1- Full-time

Four day work week including 1 evening until 7 : 30pm. No weekends.

The successful candidate must have :

• Current Licensure in the state of IA.
• Current Mandatory Reporter certification.
• Current DEA and State Drug licensures.
• Basic computer skills.

General Functions of Position :
