Technical Architect Manager

A company is looking for a Manager Integration Architects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a regional team of Technical Architects, providing coaching and performance management

Oversee architecture delivery for customer implementations, ensuring alignment with standards and best practices

Drive consistency and scalability by aligning regional activities with the global Technical Architecture practice

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

8+ years of experience in integration or technical architecture roles, ideally in enterprise SaaS or software consulting

2+ years of people or team leadership experience in a delivery environment

Proven expertise in designing and delivering large-scale integrations with ERP systems

Hands-on experience with integration technologies and a strong foundation in SQL and relational databases
