Manager, Process Manager - Compliance
Capital One Process Managers are highly motivated risk and process management professionals with excellent analytical, organizational, risk management, project management, and communication skills. These skills allow us to gain insights and act as a change agent to influence our business partners. A successful candidate for this role will be able to operate from a foundation of knowledge about process management and make sound decisions within the risk management framework. They are forward thinking, quick to adapt, and technologically adept. The demands and high-visibility nature of this position require an expert with a proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and who can begin contributing immediately. As a Compliance Process Manager in Enterprise Consumer Product (ECP) / Experience Platforms (XP), we are the first line of defense to help ensure our Company remains well-managed and avoids unnecessary risk. In this position, you will play a key role in enhancing our compliance related risk management processes across Capital One and driving project and program delivery. The successful candidate will have basic technical knowledge along with foundational knowledge of process and project management and the ability to build relationships with business and risk partners. The ability to think from a 'customer back' perspective is also critical. Process managers at Capital One are highly motivated professionals with excellent organizational, leadership and communication skills. They have a high level of exposure across lines of business and the opportunity to work with Executives to create and implement innovative solutions to identify and mitigate potential risks to Capital One.
