Key Responsibilites - Regional / Branch Manager :

• Develop Business Strategies :  Create and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability across the region.
• Oversee Operations :  Ensure that all branches within the region operate efficiently and meet sales targets.
• Manage Teams :  Lead and develop a team of branch managers and employees, providing guidance and support.
• Monitor Performance :  Regularly evaluate performance and address areas for improvement.
• Customer Relations :  Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Strategic Planning :  Analyze market trends and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Training and Development :  Recruit, train, and develop talent within the region. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales strategies, and the ability to drive growth and profitability in the region. The role may also involve frequent travel within the region and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
