We're seeking a Temporary Replenishment Planner to join our growing E-Commerce team and keep Babylist Shop stocked with the products our users need, exactly when they need them. You'll own inventory replenishment for a highly curated assortment, partnering with planning and operations teams to nail forecasting accuracy and optimize inventory health in support of our business goals.
This role sits at the intersection of merchandising, planning, and operationswhere data meets strategy and execution drives results. You'll balance in-stock rates with weeks of supply targets, make quick decisions backed by solid analysis, and hunt for opportunities to tighten processes and boost efficiency. Your work directly impacts sales, customer satisfaction, and the bottom line.

Who You Are
- A planning professional with at least 2 years of hands-on replenishment planning experience
- Analytically sharp with the ability to dig into data, spot meaningful patterns, and translate trends into action
- Fluent in inventory planning concepts, retail math, and demand forecasting best practices
- Skilled at untangling complex problems that require evaluating multiple variables, trade-offs, and data points
- Proficient in Excelyou can slice, manipulate, and analyze datasets to drive smarter decisions
- Agile and resourceful, pivoting priorities on the fly while hunting for process improvements that unlock efficiency
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle high volumes of vendor communication without missing a beat
- Passionate about e-commerce, scrappy, and energized by wearing multiple hats
- Someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments where every day brings new challenges
- Hold a four-year college degree or equivalent

How You Will Make An Impact

We use a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary range for this role is :
$29.09 - $40.38 per hour. Your starting salary will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and internal pay equity.
