Responsible for accounts receivable- Includes coordinating all aspects of accounts receivable with other departments as needed.

Specific job duties
Cash application, deposits, and invoice status verification
Follow up with customers on delinquencies and payment related issues
Own the accounts receivable process; understand customers payment cycles
Interact with billing department, sales, operations and management to ensure timely payment
Develop additional processes and procedures to streamline the position
Provide general office assistance as needed
Balance sheet reconciliation
Preparation of Journal entries
Assistance with audits
Experience and Skills
Proven experience in accounts receivable
Familiarity with cash application and invoice status verification
Assertive but professional
Excellent attention to detail
Excel knowledge and understanding
2 or more years of College coursework preferred
Read, write and speak English
Strong communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
