SVS Vision is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for our corporate office located in Mt. Clemens, MI. Responsibilities include but not limited to :
General Duties and Responsibilities
- Processing claims according to company practices
- Processing third party billing
- Assist calls with eligibility and insurance questions
- Previous experience with health insurance preferred
- Assist in documenting internal procedures / training / education
- Provide effective and professional troubleshooting service internally and externally
- Maintain confidentiality in all areas of responsibility
Minimum Requirements :
- Must exhibit strong work ethic and be driven by positive teamwork
- Ability to focus on attention to detail and follow through
- Professional and effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy
- Capacity to work well under pressure and time sensitive deadlines
- Must be comfortable & proficient in a call center environment
- Strong Data Entry & MS Office Skills
- Minimum 3 years Administrative / Customer Service experience a must
- Accounting / Insurance Billing preferred
