About the Role
Our Partnership Specialist acts as a critical bridge between Division-D's team members and its premier platform partners. They are responsible for maintaining strong relationships with platform vendors, fielding related questions, and maintaining an up-to-date internal knowledge base. The ideal candidate will have exceptional written communication skills, a meticulous approach to formatting and a demonstrated ability to establish rapport with strategic partners and team members alike.
Core Responsibilities
- Join Partnership team members in building strong relationships with platform vendors to understand and vet partners' full suite of offerings and to stay up to date on any changes
- Act as the subject matter expert on platform partners, fielding related questions, and researching answers
- Act as the subject matter expert on platform, creative and ad industry policy and compliance
- Own process for updating Division-D's internal knowledge base with information related to platform partners, including :
Researching and writing instructional documentation for new platforms / procedures
Updating existing documentation when new features / capabilities are introducedMonitoring and responding to team requests and comments regarding documentationBenefits

Bachelor's degree – Journalism, Communication or Business preferredExceptional written communication skillsPassion for detail, particularly related to document formatting and layoutProven ability to establish and maintain rapport with external and internal teamsDemonstrated confidence and discipline to work independentlyPreferred Requirements
