Care Coordinator

A company is looking for a Care Coordinator (Remote US).

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate provider video conferencing schedules and troubleshoot technical issues

Liaise with lab and pharmacy partners to manage test orders and prescription inquiries

Oversee patient messaging queues and provide support regarding appointments and telehealth platforms

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in a care coordinator, healthcare administration, or telehealth support role

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field preferred

Familiarity with EHR systems, telehealth platforms, and scheduling software

Understanding of healthcare regulations, especially HIPAA and data privacy guidelines
