Location : Long Beach, CA - hybrid OR  New York, NY - hybrid

Salary Range : $115,000.00 to $125,000.00

What We Need :

Obagi is seeking a strategic Global Marketing & Innovation Manager to oversee and co-manage Product Development initiatives for new and existing skincare products designed for our medical aesthetic channel. Responsible for concept development, formula development, and communication campaigns, this role will directly liaise with domestic and international teams to efficiently drive launch plans.

What You’ll Do :

New Product Development :

• Manage all aspects of New Product Development (NPD) including but not limited to : portfolio strategy, market research, scientific insights, concept development, launch timeline execution, prototyping, product claims, legal trademark process, cost-of-goods (COGs), forecast management, pricing proposals.
• Co-lead clinical testing and claims development with the Product Development team for new and existing franchises.
• Partner with Creative on packaging development (new and relaunch) and ensure transparency regarding all copy / package direction, providing components, working copy, etc.
