SHIFTS - Day / Evening / Weekends / Holidays as needed

POSITION PAY RATE - $17- $19 per hour and up, with performance reviews and raises

ROLE OVERVIEW :

Our Heart of House Team Members are responsible for setting the pace for a great shift, every shift. They provide dependable, fast service that is absolutely Chili’s. If you take pride in great team work, then we want to hear from you!

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Prepares food items to order following established recipes and maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety
• Cleans work areas and all equipment used in food preparation
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Restocks food supplies and takes inventory when required
• Communicate ticket times to Team Members
• Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
• Must be willing to do light dishes and prep
