• Taking Care of Our Customers : Professionally handle customer inquiries and communications such as orders, bids / quotes, deliveries, and service
• Being an Expert : Maintain up-to-date rental fleet knowledge to maximize potential rate and quantity, obtaining full details of order and serving as the customer's in-store contact point
• Showing Commitment to Excellence : Complete accurate, detailed and timely documentation related to rental contracts, invoicing, rates and fleet availability.

Qualifications

• Have 1+ years related work experience OR a high school diploma / GED
• Love a fast-paced role with flexible / non-standard work hours, and have a work hard, play hard attitude.
• Can use computer programs as needed to complete your work
• Enjoy building deep and lasting relationships, and communicating frequently with customers and employees.
• Love to learn, and stay up-to-date on product training
