As a Clinical Supervisor, youll :

What Youll Do

  • Lead with Purpose : Provide oversight, feedback, and mentorship to BCBAs and RBTs, ensuring clinical excellence.
  • Teach & Inspire : Train new hires, deliver workshops, and model ABA best practices.
  • Support Families : Conduct and oversee caregiver training to help parents apply ABA strategies at home and in the community.
  • Champion Quality : Ensure compliance with BACB standards, HIPAA, and payer requirements.
  • Collaborate & Grow : Work closely with leadership and colleagues to continuously improve our services and impact.
  • What Were Looking For

  • Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
  • Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of ABA experience; at least 3 years in supervisory capacity preferred.
  • Strong communicator, coach, and problem solver who thrives in a team-centered environment.
  • A compassionate professional committed to ethical care and lifelong learning.
