We’re seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Accounts Payable Specialist to join a growing team in on the south side of Cleveland, OH. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers a dynamic work environment with strong mentorship, hands-on training, and exposure to broader accounting functions. Responsibilities :
Process high-volume invoices using 3-way match
Ensure accurate coding across multiple businesses across the nation
Follow up for approvals and documentation with strong communication
Assist with journal entries, general ledger coding, and reporting
Support travel expense processing and intercompany charges
Perform bank reconciliations and contribute to month-end / year-end close
Qualifications :
3+ years of AP experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong Excel skills including vlookups, xlookups and pivot tables
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and follow-through
Ability to prioritize, research, and ask questions
Comfortable with change and learning new processes
High attention to detail and accuracy
