Lead Project Manager (Mechanical Bias) – Client-Side | UK or Ireland | €170,000 DOE + Benefits

Are you an experienced client-side Project Manager with a strong mechanical design and delivery background?

This is a rare opportunity to join a leading international engineering and construction consultancy at a senior level, overseeing the design and execution of major mechanical and multi-disciplinary projects across the UK and Ireland.

As Lead Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of high-profile projects from concept through commissioning — working closely with clients, design teams, and contractors to ensure technical excellence, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.

You’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating complex mechanical systems design, managing key stakeholders, and ensuring seamless integration with architectural and electrical disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for large-scale mechanical and building services projects
• Oversee mechanical design development, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards
• Act as primary client interface, managing consultants, contractors, and design partners
• Develop budgets, schedules, and technical reports for executive review
• Ensure all mechanical systems are designed and installed to meet performance and sustainability targets
