Pediatric Nurse Practitioner – Outpatient Opportunity | Madera, CA

A well-established healthcare organization in Madera, California is seeking a full-time Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to provide high-quality primary care to children and adolescents in a modern outpatient setting. This role offers consistent hours, strong clinical support, and the ability to deliver full-scope pediatric care in a busy, well-respected practice.

Position Overview

– Location : Madera, CA

– Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

– Patient Volume : 18–26 patients / day

– Scope of Practice Includes :

– Well-child exams, sick visits, and sports physicals

– Immunizations, hearing / vision screenings

– Chronic condition management and family education

– Preventive care and health maintenance

Compensation & Benefits

– Salary starting at $140,000+ , based on experience

– 15 days of vacation annually (increases to 4 weeks after 3 years)

– Paid sick leave and holidays

– CME : 5 days + up to $2,100 / year reimbursement
