FOX Rehabilitation is seeking skilled Physical Therapists to provide personalized care through Geriatric House Calls™. The position offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for growth, and a supportive community focused on achieving optimal patient outcomes. Candidates must hold a valid Physical Therapy license and a degree from an accredited program.

Our team is growing, and we're looking for top-caliber Physical Therapists to join us in Ankeny and surrounding locations in IA.

  • Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
  • Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
  • Basic computer literacy skills
  • Current CPR certification
