As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in accelerating growth by building pipeline, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the full sales cycle. Working closely with the VP of Business Development and consultants, you will prospect new opportunities, surface client needs during delivery, and ensure smooth coordination across sales and talent teams. What You'll Do

• Prospect and engage new clients through structured outreach and thoughtful follow-up to generate qualified meetings.
• Partner with the VP of Business Development to develop pipeline, align consultants to opportunities, and support deal progression.
• Collaborate with consultants to identify opportunities that emerge during delivery and client conversations.
• Provide visibility into pipeline activity, client needs, and project updates through regular team meetings.
• Work with Talent Acquisition to anticipate pipeline needs and source the right talent for upcoming opportunities.
• Support client engagement activities, onboarding, and account coordination to strengthen long-term relationships.
• Step in as a trusted point of contact for clients when needed to ensure a seamless client experience.

$70,000 - $130,000 a year
