A well-established pump systems and equipment manufacturer is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join their service team in South Florida. This role involves traveling to customer sites to perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of large-scale pumping systems used in industrial, municipal, and agricultural applications.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities :

Install, service, and maintain pumps, motors, and related control systems

Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues in the field

Perform alignment, testing, and flow calibration on various pump systems

Document all work performed and communicate effectively with customers and the service department

Provide technical support and recommendations to optimize system performance

Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment in top condition

Qualifications :

3+ years of field service experience working on industrial or municipal pumps, rotating equipment, or similar mechanical systems

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills (480V 3-phase systems preferred)

Experience with pump alignment, mechanical seals, bearings, and impellers

Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

Valid drivers license and clean driving record

Willingness to travel regionally for service calls
