Oracle Fusion Middleware Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Middleware Engineer to lead API development and integration efforts across multiple cloud-based platforms. This role will eventually involve refactoring and re-architecting middleware components as the client transitions away from Oracle in Q1 and migrates to a new cloud solution. The ideal candidate will provide strategic guidance based on prior experience to help determine the best middleware platform moving forward. Responsibilities include reverse engineering existing middleware, rewriting legacy web services, and collaborating through GitHub and GitHub Actions for deployment and version control.

8+ years of experience as a Middleware Engineer, with ideally recent hands-on work in Oracle Fusion Middleware but willing to take any Middleware experience

Strong experience with Azure API Management (APIM) and Amazon API Gateway

Proficiency with Java, JavaScript, or Python

Experience working with JSON or XML
