Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced technical expertise and incident resolution for critical issues
Collaborate with Product and Development teams to manage bugs and user stories in Azure DevOps
Identify automation opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement of runbooks and processes
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in application support, production support, or software operations
Strong hands-on experience with ticketing systems and backlog management tools
Expertise in monitoring platforms and leading root cause analysis
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
Certifications such as ITIL Intermediate / Expert or similar are a plus
