MedTech Sales - Capital Sales (Commission)

Your unique talents will help patients on their journey to wellness.

Purpose :

  • Provides expert technical product knowledge and in-service support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepares sales forecast reports to measure progress against goals.
  • Maintains all relevant product, clinical, and procedural knowledge, and articulates hospital, surgeon, and patient value propositions.
  • Resolves contractual issues and coordinates sales process upon purchase approval.
  • Assists sales staff in prospect outreach.
  • Answers inquiries regarding complex technical and product issues.
  • Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson's Leadership Imperatives and Credo.
  • Job is eligible for sales incentive / sales commissions.
