Shift :   Nights  / 7p-7a 12x3, 36hrs pr week

Length : 13 Weeks

Weekend Requirements : 4 weekends shifts per 4 week block.Holiday Requirements : Typically 2 of the 5 (count the eves).

Requirements :

AZ license

2 years' ER experience

Must have experience in Trauma Level 1-3 within the last 2 years

BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS

TNCC preferred

Other Details : Will FloatRatios : 1 : 5 medical, 1 : 6 for fast track.Radius Rule : 100 milesEpic EMR proficiency required - must have experience within the last two years.
