Project Analyst - AR Specialist

A company is looking for a Project Analyst - Accounts Receivable Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary financial contact for assigned projects, collaborating with Operations and Budgets and Contracts

Review contracts and amendments to ensure timely and accurate invoicing of projects

Analyze data to optimize performance and identify potential budget issues

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience

Bachelor's Degree required

Moderate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables)

Experience with RealTime (RealTime Link) is a plus, but not required

Demonstrates strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
