Our practice focuses on community association law, real estate, employment law, litigation and general counsel representation. We are seeking a skilled Senior Litigation Attorney with 10+ years of experience, including significant construction litigation experience, to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of civil litigation, construction litigation, and a desire to provide exceptional client service. Qualified candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, be highly motivated and have good academic credentials. Our firm offers a collaborative and supportive environment in a professional but relaxed atmosphere.

• Qualifications :
• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the Arizona State Bar.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in civil litigation, with a strong emphasis on construction litigation.
• Ability to manage caseload, working cases from beginning to end.
• Work closely and collaboratively with other senior attorneys, partners, and shareholders.
• Excellent writing and analytical ability.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
