Construction Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee the onsite construction supervision of subcontractors and internal staff. This role involves managing projects ranging from $3 million to $15 million, including gas stations, hotels, sports areas, and university renovations. The superintendent is responsible for ensuring the timely and profitable completion of all assigned construction projects while maintaining high customer satisfaction and supervising all personnel involved in the projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects involving large remodels or new construction.
• Ensure the timely and profitable completion of all construction projects.
• Create and maintain the highest degree of customer satisfaction.
• Supervise all personnel performing work-related functions on the project.

Work Environment

The superintendent will primarily work in the field, managing direct reports and subcontractors, with occasional office meetings. The position may require travel, with potential job site locations in Sioux City, IA, Manhattan, KS, Grand Island, NE, Columbus, NE, and possibly Fargo, ND. Traveling superintendents will work four 10-hour days to allow for weekends at home. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $95000.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
