This role is responsible for servicing and managing a book of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting producers in delivering tailored insurance solutions. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a solid understanding of commercial insurance products, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day servicing of commercial lines accounts, including renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes

Build and maintain strong client relationships through timely and professional communication

Review policies and endorsements for accuracy and coverage adequacy

Assist producers with quoting, proposals, and presentations for new and renewal business

Coordinate with underwriters and carriers to negotiate terms and resolve issues

Maintain accurate records in the agency management system

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred)

Active Property & Casualty insurance license in NJ

2+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance servicing

Proficiency with agency management systems (AMS360)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
