Responsibilities / Duties / Functions / Tasks :

• Responsible for patient flow.
• Review daily clinical and surgical schedule and be able to anticipate appropriately.
• Ensure exemplary patient care and patient service is provided at all times.
• Decontaminates all equipment, instruments and supplies and cleans room as directed in procedure.
• Ensure exam rooms and clinic are clean at all times.
• Assist and anticipate the needs of the providers in clinical and surgical settings.
• Document clinical and surgical chart notes appropriately and accurately.
• Phone triage in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Increase physician and / or provider's overall patient retention.
• Responsible for helping educate patients regarding cosmetic services recommended by the physician.
• Assists with events and seminars both in office and offsite venues as needed.
• Other duties : Completes projects, performs other duties and assumes various responsibilities as determined by management.
