m. to 5 : 00 p.m. No nights, no weekends, and no major holidays! Job Description : Envita Medical Center is nestled in the heart of North Scottsdale, part of the greater Phoenix metro area in central Arizona.

We are a unique oncology and chronic disease clinic specializing in integrative care, a blend of conventional and genetic based medicine, and with a focus on total health and well being.

We are looking for a talented, robust business professional for the position of Patient Care Coordinator. The Patient Care Coordinator provides a hands-on and personal experience for a patient who has shown interest in or is currently going through treatment at Envita Medical Center.

You will spend about 70% of your time on the phone educating potential patients on our personalized approach to care in a compassionate, effective, and professional manner.

Being comfortable speaking with people over the phone, having charisma, and communicating effectively are essential traits for this role! The Patient Care Coordinator position establishes relationships with patients and is directly responsible for their transition to start care handling logistics from financial quotes to housing resources.

The Patient Care Coordinator requires high emotional intelligence to connect with the patient and to remain strong in facing hard medical challenges.

This is a high-level position in our clinic on par with the doctors administering treatment. The ideal candidate will have experience handling business clientele professionally! You will be expected to : Act as a liaison for the patient while they are receiving care Troubleshoot / handle any issues pertaining to patient care Intercede on behalf of your assigned patient and interact with them often Provide an excellent medical care experience for the patient Interact with your assigned patient in-person, over the phone, and on the web as needed Potentially build a personal connection to each patient throughout long-term care Be the face of Envita Medical Center to the patient Job Requirements : Completion of a 4-year degree from college or university High level sales experience preferred Must be proactive with patient care, anticipate problems and solve them ahead of time A kind heart and willingness to provide support and understanding is essential Emotional fortitude in the face of others’ hardship is also a must Powered by JazzHR
