Summary :

SpeedPro Addison is a 20-year-old large-format graphics production and installation company specializing in high-impact branding environments, event graphics, and multi-location rollouts. We're seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Project Manager to oversee production and installation for several key accounts. This role bridges communication between clients, design, production, and installation teams to ensure every project is executed flawlessly - on time, on budget, and on brand.

Key Responsibilities Client & Project Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Manage all project phases : quoting, proofs, production, shipping, and installation.
• Coordinate site surveys, logistics, and installations with our nationwide installation partner.
• Maintain clear communication with clients regarding timelines, approvals, and changes.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using internal tools (Corebridge, shared dashboards, etc.).
• Track deposits, purchase orders, and invoices in coordination with finance / admin staff.
