Job description2 years of apartment maintenance experience or equivalent 2 years of direct customer service experience with residential or other clients Professionalism with coworkers and residents while working in and around apartment communities. Strict adherence to confidentiality policies according to resident’s rights regulations and courtesy. Computer skills for completing and recording work order information. Certification or apprenticeship in areas of maintenance (e.g., HVAC, pool, electrical, plumbing, carpentry) Superb written and verbal skills Recent Fair Housing and industry training. Ability to work after-hours and weekends. Spirited initiative and resourcefulness Entrepreneurial approach Remover of barriers Results focused. Accountable. Bending, kneeling, and awkward positions, and confined spaces to install / modify jobs. Standing : Carpet, tile, concrete Lifting 50+ pounds Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable for company vehicles. Standard vision, with or without corrective eyewear Standard hearing, with or without a hearing aid Operating hand tools (e.g., drills, sanders, saws, etc.).

Job Description : Maintenance Technician
PEG Property Group is a growing company headquartered in beautiful Provo, Utah. We specialize in the management of multi-family and commercial properties. Our continued growth and success are made possible by our talented team and dynamic partnerships working together to ensure high-level performance throughout the markets we operate in.
This full-time position performs light construction work and custodial functions where after-hours coverage is required, as well as the following :
- Carpentry : Remodel and repair work
- Plumbing
- Household electrical
- Exterior building maintenance
- Custodial work for units to be move-in ready.
- Other duties as assigned.
