Experience :

• 12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 12 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience is preferred from any number of months.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

Requirements :

50 miles from facility to be submitted.

40 guaranteed hours

Will work 2x10hr shifts & 2x8hr shifts; sometimes 3x8s & 1x12hr shift. 0700-1530 & 0600-1630 + call

Radiation Badge must be supplied and in hand prior to start

Common diagnoses / Types of patients Emergent Revascularization, LHC, RHC, ATK Peripheral Diagnostic / Interventional, Cardioversion, TEE, Devices, Pericardiocentesis, Temporary Pacemaker

Job Duties Moderate Sedation (mix our own medications), charting, circulating, working in pre and post areas, coule be in the pre and post areas during longer shifts. 4 man teams, 2 RN and 1 Rad tech, 4th is a RCIS or rad tech

Experience or ‘Must have’ skills mix our own medications and experience and comfort with that.

Team lead to make scheduling, posted 17 days prior- for 6 weeks at a time

Weeknight / Call Requirements 1-2 days per week

Weekend / Call Requirements every third weekend on call (from Friday- to Monday morning)

Holiday / Call Requirements every other

What is call response time? 20 minute response

Floating Requirements Heart and Vascular Pre / Post

Scrub Color / Dress Code provided, dedicate work shoes, will provide lead if travelers do not have

How many shifts of unit / department specific orientation? 2 days in the lab

Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and / or Dignity.

RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.

1 reference from last 3 years (Any reference type) - required for submission

1 reference from last 12 months (Manager / Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
