Job description510 years of people management experience . Credit, collections, or AR; strong leadership is critical. Prior experience in construction Hands-on leader who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and stay proactive. Personable and engagingsomeone upbeat, approachable, and willing to work alongside the team. Proficient in basic Excel ; no advanced formulas required.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and develop a team of 15 employees , focusing on training, coaching, and accountability.
- Oversee daily operations including cash batch reviews, accuracy of reports, and collection activity monitoring.
- Ensure team members are maintaining proper collection notes and following up consistently.
- Support process improvements and promote efficiency within the department.
- Partner with the supervisor and assistant manager to align team priorities and goals.
