Field Service Team Lead

As a key member of the Field Services Team, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes.

We are seeking a strong leader with a passion for patient care in an orthopedic setting and background in Durable Medical Equipment to join us as a Field Service Team Lead in Louisville, KY. This position directly manages a growing team of Field Service Representatives and is responsible for driving compliance and profitability of the Field Services portfolio. Key responsibilities include :

• Managing the activities of direct reports and ensuring the organization's metrics continue to improve through individual development.
• Providing training to new FSRs on company policies, processes, and procedures, business channels, and proper functional brace measuring and fitting.
• Studying, analyzing, and reporting on trends to drive functional performance and deliver continuous improvement.
• Supporting, managing, and improving profitability of existing accounts.
• Serving as the primary source of account coverage for qualifying absences.
• Collaborating with FSRs and local Sales Representatives to identify and introduce new profitable company products.
• Adhering to all compliance and ethics programs, government healthcare regulations, and HIPAA.
