Job Summary and Qualifications
Duties :
Greet and register all visitors, ascertain their needs and direct accordinglyConverse with customers by phone or in person to obtain information needed to complete tasksConfer with other staff members to obtain additional information and clarification needed to resolve customer problemsAnswer all inquiries from customers promptlyMaintain a courteous and professional attitude with customers and coworkersAssist with daily general employee functions such as, but not limited to, facilities requests, shipping and deliveries, conference room requests, visitor badges, distribution lists, seating charts / nameplates, employee programs and maintaining reception / lobby area.Assist the administrative assistant team members with additional projects or tasksPractice and adhere to the "Code of Conduct" philosophy and "Mission and Value Statement"Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
