Job Details

We are in search of a dynamic and passionate Project Architect / Project Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing projects from early concept through design development, while also managing client relationships and team communication.

The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver, able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and committed to meeting deadlines and achieving project goals.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage the architectural aspects of projects, including design, planning, and construction administration.
  • Utilize BIM and Revit in the design and documentation process.
  • Ensure all projects comply with relevant building codes and regulations.
  • Work closely with project teams, including architects, engineers, and construction professionals.
  • Manage client relationships, including presenting design concepts and responding to client needs.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
  • Review and oversee the preparation of detailed construction drawings.
  • Provide expertise in specific areas such as military, healthcare, or higher education facilities.
  • Coordinate with contractors and consultants to ensure project objectives and deadlines are met.
  • Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial concept through design, construction, and project closeout.
  • Continually advance your knowledge of architectural design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications :

  • Must be a Licensed Architect.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in architectural design, project management, and construction administration.
  • Proficient in BIM and Revit.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
  • Experience in planning and preparing construction drawings.
  • Proven ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in the military, healthcare, or higher education sectors is a plus.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and creativity.
  • Must be a collaborative team player with strong leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Ability to travel as needed for project work.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
